Due to the custom-made and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.
To be eligible:

3. Shipping Issues

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
